Need Programs: Cheat Engine

1)Open game,cheat engine.click to pc icon and select plugin-container.exe
2)Write 700000 and click to first scan
3)now find last numbers BFC,select it and click to mouse icon.
4)click to address value and change BFC to B00(zero-zero).
5)Now click to value and change 1 to 1000.
6)Now go your neighbours city and come back your city.and u see it :)
Note:Build bonus not exceed 6000.If u exceed when game get error.
